Last night Joe Biden went on Jimmy Kimmel Live in another disastrous public appearance.

Even leftist Jimmy Kimmel couldn’t help it. Joe Biden started mumbling so loudly and was so lost that Kimmel had to move on to commercials.

Biden started off by saying that there were a lot of “major things” he had done, he just hadn’t “been able to communicate it in a way that was, uh, uh…” And, at From there it went downhill.
