Several people, including a police officer, were shot and injured at a June 19 street party attended by hundreds in northwest Washington, DC on Sunday evening. The shooting took place on U Street between 14th and 13th Streets, about thirteen blocks north of the White House. There is no confirmed number of people injured in the shooting as of the date of this report; police only said “several people” were shot.
